Apex Recruiting & Consulting publishes its training prices. Virginia Medication Aide training is $925, all-inclusive. Personal Care Aide training is $295. Home Health Aide training is $595 plus state fees. Staffing rates for communities depend on the role, the shift and the length of cover, and we quote them before anyone starts.

Group pricing
Yes. Communities that reserve several seats, run a private Medication Aide cohort or sponsor Home Health Aide seats for their aides can ask us about group pricing. Communities that host clinical hours also get first access to our graduates.

No. The $925 covers tuition, materials, clinical coordination, the certificate of completion, the background check and exam-prep support.
The New Jersey Board of Nursing's certification application and fingerprint background check are paid to the state separately.
