Apex Recruiting & Consulting places licensed and certified clinical staff in senior living. Our nurses are licensed and vetted, and every candidate is pre-screened before we send them to you.
Registered Nurses (RN)
An RN is a nurse licensed by the state to assess residents, plan care and supervise other staff. Apex sends RNs for shift cover, 24-hour care and nursing supervisor roles.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
An LPN is a licensed nurse who gives care under the direction of an RN or a physician. Apex sends LPNs for single shifts and open-ended cover.
Medication aides and med techs
A medication aide is a caregiver trained and certified to give medications under a nurse's supervision. Many communities call the role med tech.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
A CNA gives hands-on care such as bathing, dressing, moving and helping residents eat. Apex sends CNAs for days, evenings and nights.
Nursing supervisors
Nursing supervisors run a shift and the nursing team on it. Apex places them per diem and on contract.

Per diem means you book staff by the shift, only when you need them. Apex also offers longer contracts and placements.
Open-ended cover
A nurse resigned and you need steady cover while you recruit. Our staff fill the schedule for as long as you need.
24-hour care
A resident now needs care around the clock. Apex staffs every shift of the day so the care plan is met.
Contract-to-hire
Work with a nurse or caregiver on contract first. If they are the right fit, you can hire them permanently.
