Apex Recruiting & Consulting LLC is a women-owned healthcare staffing agency and training school in East Windsor, New Jersey, owned by Meghan Davey. We place nurses, medication aides, CNAs and interim leaders in senior living communities, and we train caregivers in classes taught by licensed nurses.

Our team
Apex Recruiting & Consulting is owned by Meghan Davey, with her business partner Kimberly [VERIFY]. Kimberly writes Kimberly's Korner, our career advice column, and is active with candidates on LinkedIn.
Our recruiters work with executive directors, HR teams and Directors of Nursing to fill shifts and leadership roles. Our nurse instructors teach every class at our training school.

Our story
Because the people senior living needs most were the hardest to find.
Apex began as a healthcare recruiting and staffing agency. Senior living communities kept asking for the same people, medication aides and nurses, and there were not enough trained caregivers to go around.
So Apex started a school. Our school and our staffing agency now feed each other. Caregivers train with us and can join our talent pool, and the communities we staff can host clinical hours and get first access to our graduates.
